The scope of our services is as follows: We extract your internal data and combine it with an external data list, purchased from an outside source. We then create a customized blend of data designed to target and further compel your current customers and conquest customers alike to trade in their vehicle and ultimately initiate a new car sale.

Throughout the event, our sale coordinators greet each customer that walks through the door and help your sales staff organize traffic flow. The coordinators job is to qualify the customers and work closely with your sales and sales management staff to ensure the customer is matched with the best vehicle, which generates gross profit. “After all, the deal that starts out right, ends right.”

After our coordinator assists in identifying the customers needs and matching them to the ideal vehicle. They will then continue to monitor all aspects throughout the entire process. Their key focus is assisting the sales staff to ensure a smooth transition through the closing of the sale. Which in turn, results in an exemplary CSI.
